5. VIHU website assistant
VIHU is an AI assistant, not a person. Its enquiry service collects the name, email address, optional telephone and company, selected service, enquiry and conversation you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request and to manage enquiries. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information.
After you acknowledge the chat notice, messages are saved privately and sent to info@unfoldprstudio.com, including incomplete conversations. Completed enquiries include an Excel attachment. The workbook is generated in a private server temporary directory, has no public download URL and is deleted after the email send attempt. Failed sends are retried from the private record. Access is restricted to authorised administrators.
Website conversation copies are scheduled for deletion 7 days after email acceptance, or after up to 30 days where delivery fails. Business emails and backup copies are handled under the retention principles above. A session identifier in your browser allows the chat to continue between pages in the same tab; server sessions expire after 24 hours.
AI answers are currently not connected. If connected later, conversation messages will be processed by OpenAI to generate responses. The notice will be reviewed before enabling this connection, including the applicable provider safeguards and retention. Contact details entered in the separate enquiry form are not sent to the AI provider.
Responding to your enquiry supports our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us, and where applicable takes steps you request before entering a contract. Marketing emails require the separate optional consent box; it is not pre-ticked and is not required to make an enquiry. You can withdraw marketing consent by emailing us.
To request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or to object to processing where applicable, contact info@unfoldprstudio.com. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
